Wonderful homework came in today and even last week. The most exciting part was how excited the students were, talking about and sharing their work with me and each other. We have quite a few budding chefs in class! Please remember that this week a different choice from the September Homework list needs to be made. Sometimes a homework choice will be a “stretch work”, one that does not come naturally to the students. Stretching your mind and your abilities is a great thing to do!
